Published prices. No implementation fee.
The Audit Defense Pack is $3,500 per plant for the first five Packs, in exchange for honest feedback on the report. List is $5,000.
Per plant, paid by invoice. Credited in full against a subscription signed within 30 days of delivery.
- IATF 16949:2016 readiness score with a clause-by-clause breakdown
- The Audit Defense Pack (PDF): an executive summary, each finding tied to its source record, ranked actions with owners and due dates, and a list of what the records left uncovered
- Findings that share one cause, grouped so one action closes them together
- Customer-specific requirements checked for flow-down, and PFMEA, control plan, PPAP, MSA and CQI special process gaps
- Your audit checklist: the auditor's questions for every clause where your records show a gap, and the full IATF 16949 question set as a self-audit workbook
- Evidence folder (ZIP) organised by clause, with a manifest, and a registers workbook (XLSX)
- A Quarterly Business Review written for your plant leadership
- A 60-minute review call, and an optional 15-minute intake call
No payment online. After the fit check our founder reviews your answers, confirms the fit by email and sends the agreement, the templates and the invoice.

The Pack fee is credited toward a subscription signed within 30 days of delivery. Exit Sprint fees are not credited. There is no implementation fee on any offer.
Not included
- Certification, an IATF audit, or any guarantee of an audit or customer outcome
- Lifting controlled shipping or a new-business hold: only your customer can do that
- Software, accounts or links into your systems. Files go out from you and come back as files.
- More than one plant per Pack
- Keeping the pack current after delivery. That is the Standard Facility subscription.
What founding pricing asks of you
- A short interview a week after delivery
- A 15-minute check-in at 30 days
- Honest answers
No testimonial is required. If you are pleased and offer one, it uses only words you have approved.
When it is delivered
Five business days after we accept your data as complete, the pack is ready. Paying the invoice does not start that count; complete data does.
After the Pack
Nothing, unless you want it. If you want the pack kept current (monthly refresh, quarterly review, action tracking to closure), the Standard Facility subscription is $10,000 a year per plant at the founding price, held for three years, and your Pack fee is credited. Groups of two or more plants take the Enterprise Cluster at $30,000 a year per plant.
